Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your reservation:

• 20 or more days before your arrival date, your deposit will be refunded
  (possible expenses will be charged on the amount of the deposit).
• 14 to 20 days before your arrival date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
  (possible costs will be charged against the deposit amount).
• 13 days or less before your arrival date, unfortunately, no part of your deposit is refundable.

To make a reservation on your behalf, we will require a 30% deposit of the total cost of your stay.

You will also need to adhere to the following hours:

Arrival after 2:30 pm.

Departure after 2:30 am – 2:30 pm.

We would like to apologize to our future guests, but unfortunately pets cannot be accepted.
