If you need to cancel your reservation:
You can cancel free of charge up to 21 days before arrival.
You will be charged 30% of the total price if you cancel within 21 days before arrival.
In order to make a reservation on your behalf, we will require a 30% deposit of the total cost of your stay.
The following hours will also be required:
Arrival after 15:00 pm.
Departure before 11:00 a.m.
